Investigate Kashmiri Pandit massacre & punish murderers
During 1989-1990 terrorist forced Kashmiri Pandits to leave their homeland. They murdered, raped & tortured law abiding citizens to leave their homeland & live in exile in their own country. As per news report 215 FIRs have been filed relating to murder of over 700 Kashmiri Pandits. Till date not a single criminal has been punished by our courts & KPs are waiting for justice from 27 years. Recently NGO called Roots in Kashmir filed PIL in Supreme Court of India to seek an order to investigate KP massacre case but Supreme Court rejected the plea saying its too late.
Kashmir has been part of our public debate for so many years but Kashmiri Pandits genocide is never really discussed. We couldn't do anything when KP were forced to leave their homeland but let us all unite now to ensure SC orders fair probe in this case. Even if 1 criminal is punished it will be a healing touch for Kashmiri Pandits.

Law abiding citizens look towards court for justice but our Kashmiri brothers are waiting for justice for 27 long years. Smaller country like Bangladesh is punishing war crimes but we have disappointed Kashmiri brothers. There is ample of evidence in public domain against the main suspects but still they are roaming free. We felt proud on our judicial system when it worked at midnight to hear mercy plea of Yakub Memon but same court refuses to investigate case that is pending for 27 years. Law abiding citizens of India request you to direct SC to reconsider the plea and order free & fair probe. It will reinforce faith of billion Indians into our judiciary that has taken hit post this decision."
