Most Indians are filthy but what is the solution ?

Indians have reached Moon and the Mars, have achieved fastest growing sustained economy, credible powerful armed forces, poverty is also decreasing, lifestyle of all Indians is getting better and whole lot of other modernization are on the positive lines. Indians after more then sevens decades have a literally powerful government with majority supporting it. The times has gone when people voted for caste and creed. In 2014 general elections people voted for development and for a change. Their expectations from Prime Minister Narendra Modi are high and Mr Modi along with whole of BJP people are making this happen. Things are changing but what about the paradigm shift which should have also taken place inside the Indian minds. Nationalism is at its peak. People are full of positive vibes but there that shift some where is still missing. You need to be really serious when a 66 years old Prime Minister of your nation tells you where you need to shit and explains what hygiene is all about. Where apart from revolutionary policies and make overs he specially needs a separate policy known as "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" or "Clean India Mission" to deal with the menace of filth Indians spread all over the nation. In fact i would say, where ever they go the filth flows. Just look around the houses thy live in, inside its a different story and venture outside just about the road things take a turn. Dogs and Cows are all over the garbage humps even if their is a dustbin empty beside it. Though Cows are Holy but who cares any way. The animals you worship is suffocating to death due to that garbage you spread. Its like killing your own God after worshipping him. Not just Cows, every animal is bound to get killed and get diseases due to the filth we humans spread there not them. We are supposed to be a race above other beings, well that's surely not the case. This was just a common example which any one can see any where in the country. Look at the beaches, filled with plastic waste, decomposed food, pet animal waste, beer bottles and cans. Trains, buses or any transport public in nature you'll need to stay with that filth. The cancerous tobacco based substance they consume and then spit everywhere on the walls, even on the newly painted ones. First i used to think may be these people dint even know what clean living is but latter on with real life observations and experience i got to know that they do it intentionally. See if these people wont be knowing any thing about basic hygiene them their homes would have been a mess too. Yeah obviously that's not the case. The Nationalism doesn't apply here. All people are involved in this mass exercise of utter ignorance of basic civic and common sense. They think that's not their problem nor they them selves are the cause of problem. Try telling a kid in front his parents in a train compartment not to throw garbage on the tracks or railway stations, kid's parents would literally burn you through their invisible laser beams of ego and wrong attitude. Because they simply dint want to accept they are the sole problem. They blame the government for every wrong thing they do. So technically when they blame government for filth problems they directly mean that the government has the duty to

• change their nappies and dispose them off
• carry their garbage until a dustbin is spotted
• clean walls after they urinate in full public view
• clean their shit on railway tracks and road side pavements
• flush their poop after they are done
• clean the waste done by their pets too

and what ever they usually think is not their RESPONSIBILITY

The government can only be blamed if they are unable to provide a system of garbage disposal, public toilets or proper dustbins.
You cant blame them for things which you perfectly do in your own homes.

• do you poop any where in your home ?
• dint you use water and proper disposal methods ?
• do you urinate in your lawns ?
• do you throw garbage on your beds or shiny marble flooring ?

then whats the problems of keeping your bigger home clean, your nation, your own MOTHERLAND India.
These filthy ones who are a majority dint even stop on Indian borders they are known to do similar acts of irresponsible behavior even when they are in some foreign nation.
So whats the solution of this menace ? should we let them get away ? or teach them a lesson in basic civic and common sense.
what is the thing people are afraid of ?
MONEY
yes, hefty fines need to be imposed, which is happening in few parts but a new mission from PM Modi of imposing these fines strictly should be brought in to curb this menace of ignorant behaviour.
Few days or months in jail if their spread filth is injurious to any life form.
They need to be forced fed into their brains that this is how you need to live and do your tiny bit for your nation.
